Because communication is very important nowadays, there are many ways through which people can communicate. Communication can be done orally as well as non verbally but it has many other layers to it. Communication can be done in writing , through letters or emails. The communication done through the internet is also called Communication Network. Communication Networks are links and nodes especially set so that messages may be passed from one part of the network to another through multiple links and various nodes. Here are some Types of Communication Networks: computer network, internet network, the telephone network and many others.

All communication networks are include five basic components that are present in each network environment. The components are : terminals, telecommunications processors, telecommunications channels, computers, and telecommunications control software. Terminals are the devices used to transmit or receive data. Processors support data transmission and reception. The communication channels are ways through which data is transmitted. Computers are the devices linked to the networks in order to give data and communication control software is the one that controls all the network activities.

Communication network is much more than communication through the internet. Here are the Types of Communication Networks through which we communicate : Wide area network (WAN) is a network that occupies a large geographical area. Local Area Network (LAN) are mainly responsible for connecting computers in a more smaller area. Then we have Virtual Private Network (VPN) that secures a internal and external connection for customers and employees. The Client /server network that relies on a LAN network, mainly used in offices. Another Type of Communication Networks is Peer-to peer network that is divided into central center and pure. This network is mainly used at internet halls where there are more computers controlled by the same center.

The last Type of Communication Network is the network computing. This is a network architecture and to be more exact this type of communication is like Google Docs or Microsoft Office online. Communication Network is essential in big companies , in cities or in local rural areas. People use the internet and they need a network where they can subscribe. Communication through the internet is as much important as any other communication, especially these days when technology has developed greatly.

To conclude, communication is of many types, either It communication or interpersonal one, people use it anyway. Communication helps us interact, make friends, have success at work, do well in team and also be able to use the latest technology in communicating. Communication network we know best is the internet. Nowadays there isn’t a person that does not have a wireless connection or cable internet at home. People usually use the LAN network just as hotels do or big firms. Staying connected at the internet means plenty of advantages.
