Communication is essential in leading a normal life. Communication helps us have friendly relationships, cooperate at work, advance in our job, have a normal family life etc. communication is what keeps us together and without it everything would have been chaos. Nowadays , there is a big accent put on communication, even big companies hire people with good communication skills because it’s crucial to know how to talk to people, clients especially.

Communication involves oral and non vebral communication. The verbal one is the oral one, made through words, and here we can also add the written one through emails, notes etc. And the non verbal one is mainly done through body language. Our gestures, posture, face expressions all send a message. Because communication is a two way process , it needs a sender a receiver and a message, this message can be send either through words or through body language. We have to know how to act and behave in order to send the right message in the right moment.

Team Communication involves a few rules. First at work people mostly use formal communication. We have formal and informal. Between colleagues people can adopt the informal communication, meaning talking the way we talk normally. The formal one is done at meetings, with important people or with clients. Team communication involves also understanding, criticism, appreciation, knowing, researching, coming with new ideas, contributing etc. Team Communication is all about listening and taking in consideration other ideas and options.

Team communication is usually the hardest one, because it’s quite challenging to get many people into a room and expect to get along on the same subject. The success of a project lays on the communication in a team . Many companies have special courses of team communication building or team building to ensure that everything goes perfectly. Communication is something we learn from little children, and when we grow up it comes naturally, but as we see , there is more to communication than what we know or what we think we know.

Communication at your work place is essential is having a successful career. Many people have learned the art of conversation along the way, and know know exactly how to approach each person. Communication has to come easily, people have to be relaxed, to listen, to smile, to accept others points of view and so on.In the end, communicating with others is what makes us the person we are. Communicating helps us buy things, manage to go to work and have a happy family. Team communication is more demanding but once you have understood how it goes, you won`t have a problem.
