Communication has always been a top priority. Where ever we go we need to communicate and get along with others. Communication is essential at work, in your private life, with friends and at home. Communicating is at every step you take, so it`s impossible to live without it. Since technology has developed so much in the last few decades, communication technology has reached another level and meaning. People communicate through cell phones, computers, internet etc.

Communication Technology refers to online , wireless, videos, chat rooms, sending messages and talking on the phone while still seeing the person with whom your talking. Communication is a two way process. It needs a sender a receiver and a message. Talking face to face or on the phone means the same thing, only on the phone you can’t see the exact reactions, and body language of a person to tell if what he/ she says it’s true. In communication body language is very important, from face expressions to posture, everything sends a message.

Communication Technology and Multimedia refers to tv’s and tv programs. Multimedia communication involves sending certain message through commercials , on tv to make people buy or use those things. Commercials are done exactly for this purpose. Commercials influence people to drink, eat or smoke. Some commercials sell cars others make people go to concerts or listen to a certain type of music. Multimedia means television and shows, entertainment. Communication through media means manipulating the population. Tv , news programs, shows, etc, present a certain idea or happening from a certain point of view, that influences the population, the way those that are behind this, want.

Communication Technology and Multimedia is said to be the most harmful communication ever. Everyone watches different reality shows or movies. Multimedia is an organization planned to make people think differently. Haven`t you ever been influence by a show that talked about not smoking anymore or having sex etc? people are addicted to tv’s and so, watching every day the same commercial over and over again, would eventually make you buy the product just out of curiosity. The multimedia domain is though very carefully, by smart people. It’s kind of hard to manipulate an entire population, but it can be done. What happens on tv or in newspaper, because newspapers are also a media communication, shouldn’t be taken as something real.

Communication through technology and multimedia is appreciated and very popular. People talk very much online, on the phone and have the bad habit of doing what they see on tv. Communication and multimedia can’t exist one without the other. Multimedia communication is a way of reaching people without direct contact. In the end, people need to sort things out, before actually trusting in something. Communication is an essential element in our society, either way we perceive it or use it. Each person has a certain type of favorite communication. Some are more shy, some like to talk a lot, others talk on the phone very much and another category likes the virtual imaginary life.
