Communication is very important in order to have good relationships not only with lovers but at work, with colleagues and friends. Communication means knowing how to talk to someone, respecting some common sense rules. Nowadays big companies ask for employees with good communication skills,because it’s important to have people that can lead the company on higher grounds. Looking from another perspective Communication and Technology are two things that complete each other.




Technology means the craft with tools. Technology exists since forever, but the definition today, is more complex. Technology has developed in a few years amazingly. Since mobile phones were invented technology started to catch wings and nowadays we can access, talk and communicate with anyone, from anywhere in a few seconds. Communication and Technology go hand in hand. When technology started to develop communication increased also. Mobile cell phones made communication possible across the ocean. After mobile phones , computers have appeared and so, technology today means : internet, global communication, radios, iphones, data cable and many other things.

Technology and communication depend one on each other. Communication is of many types. We have IT communication, network communication, media communication, and interpersonal communication. The most important one is interpersonal communication that is done verbally and non verbally. Verbal communication includes oral , spoken and written. Written communication depends also on technology, besides letters people can write email, notes, documents etc. Nonverbal communication on the other hand is all about gestures, posture, face expression, in short body language. Our body language sends a message so we have to be careful not to send the wrong one.

Communication has to exists in everything that we do. Besides verbal and nonverbal, there is also formal and informal communication. Formal is usually used at work, when meeting new people, at social events and informal is the way we talk daily, casually without any rules. Communication depends on technology because communication needs a way to get through people. Media is also a way of communicating through technology. Shows, tv commercials,movies are all done with technology , and they send a message to the public.

Communication even if we don’t pay so much attention to it exists in the smallest things. We learn to communicate from little children and as we grow older it comes naturally, but there are more to communication than we know. Technology makes things possible. We can control an entire house from a small remote control, we can talk on the phone with someone dear to us, even if that person is far away. Internet allows us to find information and chat online with people all over the world. Technology brings it’s advantages and in this rythm , in 20 years we are going to communicate without words or phones.
