Communication is essential nowadays. we communicate with friends, relatives, family, colleagues etc. Work and relationships have to be maintained with communication. There are a few types of general communication we all know : there is the verbal communication and the non verbal one that includes body language; We also have the formal and informal communication. Any type of communication is important to us. In order to lead a healthy and normal life people need to know some communication skills. For example smiling, listening, asking questions are all tips on how to have a pleasent conversation.

Another organizational communication type is gossip, that refers to: get together, social gatherings etc. By work we understand communication with others, colleagues etc, not only listening and doing what the boss wants you to.

For example passive aggressive communication is when you manipulate through talking people to do what you want them to do. people that use passive aggressive communication seem honest when in fact they aren’t. It’s a method to persuade people and to lie.

These people let others take decisions for themselves, are shy, don’t talk too much etc. Each person chooses a type of communication he wants to use that’s why talking to someone new, it’s a challenge. Communication can also be through sign language. Deaf people and those that can’t speak have invented a language of their own so that they can communicate.
